Leg extension 2 × 20 (per leg)
Leg curl 2 × 20 (per leg)
Deadlifts 4 × rest pause
Calves on smith machine 3 × 15+5
1 min rest on all
Nothing too special, what really killed me was going from low reps and 2 min rest to this overnight, my body wasnt ready lol

Yeah like ive said it was more the higher intensity. Ive been doing low reps and 2 min rests to build strength for like 5 months so i wasnt prepared. Ive been doing bench press, squats and deadlifts together for a while so it wasnt that.

Well f***ing done!!
Crazy interval last friday, did 15x 1km with 1 min rest between. End result was an interval on pace 4:30-4:40min/km and half a marathon in 1.46.35.
Marathon in 2 weeks, so this will be the last week lifting. Hopefully a 1,5 week break won’t affect the Hyrox too much. Just did one in the gym for lower body and will run an easy one tonight.
