    Walk lunge 2 × 20
    Back squat 4 × rest pause (basically 8 reps -> 15 seconds rest -> 4 reps)
    Leg extension 2 × 20 (per leg)
    Leg curl 2 × 20 (per leg)
    Deadlifts 4 × rest pause
    Calves on smith machine 3 × 15+5
    1 min rest on all

    Nothing too special, what really killed me was going from low reps and 2 min rest to this overnight, my body wasnt ready lol

    It depends

    They both can basically do the same thing, arginine takes longer to go in effect and can be rougher on the stomach than citrulline.

    They’re great for a non-stim pre workout, gets the blood going. Having the blood flowing makes the pump better.

    Is it going to make you stronger or build more muscle? Ehh, but it can make the lifting session more enjoyable and easier to complete if you need an extra kick.

    Also will get your cock bricked up it’s like a natural viagra

    Fully depends on the time of the day but i usually get a little snack right before i hit the gym. Like after work i’ll grab a banana or a kitkat along with some caffeine and finish outside the gym.

    Started running again trying to keep my HR in zone 3, helps so much with pacing I hit a distance PR today and I didn’t really feel tired, my foot did fall asleep though I probably need new shoes

    Cross country is a tough ass sport

    I ran cross country in high school, I was one of the worst on the team and my stats from back then are still insane to me now

    Me too. I sucked ass at cross country but man if you don’t consistently run, your times s*** the bed so fast

    One thing about running though is it’s f***ing exhausting, need to run on days when I don’t have class til the afternoon so I can take a nap lol
