I gave up weight lifting years ago. I'm tired of feeling uncomfortable even lifting relatively light weights when doing a bench press, dumbell flys, and dumbell presses.
my whole body shakes like my nervous system is compromised. I observe others in the gym and they don't seem to have this issue.

like ill have days where i can do like half as much as a different day, i can tell cus i get sore and weak as f***, like its not linear at all

try going lighter maybe. all the exercise i do makes me feel so terrible in the middle of it but it’s a means to an end

Could be nutrition, could be sleep, could be overtraining, or ya sometimes it’s just harder to push yourself some days
