    I gave up weight lifting years ago. I'm tired of feeling uncomfortable even lifting relatively light weights when doing a bench press, dumbell flys, and dumbell presses.

    my whole body shakes like my nervous system is compromised. I observe others in the gym and they don't seem to have this issue.

    it's bullshit man.

    anyone else notice that theres a huge variability in endurance day to day?

    like ill have days where i can do like half as much as a different day, i can tell cus i get sore and weak as f***, like its not linear at all

    that’s just life. try to keep sleep and diet as consistently good as possible

    try going lighter maybe. all the exercise i do makes me feel so terrible in the middle of it but it’s a means to an end

    Could be nutrition, could be sleep, could be overtraining, or ya sometimes it’s just harder to push yourself some days

    If I’m on a cut and I ain’t got it sometimes I’ll just do the one for the week. Hate to do it but sometimes it’s just not there on the deficit

    i am getting better at flying lizard but it hurts the bone on my arm so i dont think im balancing right yet
