one regular serving of whey and a serving of collagen. usually 20-25g whey and 10-15g collagen

i always do abs for time and ill do a few exercises for 15 seconds then rest between sets with a full set being me doing all the workouts

If ur struggling to reach ur protein goal
Id say double it
If u hit it pretty easily with other protein sources then u probably don't even need tht much or if any at all

Been doing heavy shrugs and recently came across a machine I can just load up vs picking the trap bar off the ground. Not sure how much the machine helps in the shrug BUT I shrugged 360lbs today.
I’m not even sure why I’m doing them at this point it feels cool af tho and it’s fun

When I was doing them, maybe 1-2 a week. I did 2 sets of weighted hanging/leg raises from like 12-15 if I could.
2 sets cause I did 2 sets of decline sit-ups too
A lot of my favorite pieces of clothing don’t fit me anymore. Hate to see them go but at least the progress is showing

some gyms have shrug equipment you can load 45s on them and do them like its nothing
