You can always use a the leg extension machine and get like a stair step for your feet to hang off of

hit my pr dead lift today but was shy of 1 more rep to tie it but today's back workout was BRUTAL did incline after words for about 29 mins
Felt like s*** last night, brain fog, looked skinny, craving sweets. I realized I hadn’t drank water all day i had coffee, a shake, and orange juice so I wasn’t really thirsty. Drank a liter of water and some electrolytes I felt so much better. I’m usually so good at staying hydrated I had no idea how s***ty that felt or what was even going on

I gained a bunch of muscle and still thought I looked small. It wasn't until I looked back on old photos of myself (now that I lost significant weight) that I realized how bad my body dysmorphia was.

I’m big as s***, but still feel like I look small in the mirror. Realistically im at about my genetic peak, and im not getting on the juice, so what else is there to do? Not going to stop lifting because it’s the only thing that makes me not want to kill myself. So whats there to do? Just stay on the path.
