Lot of level 2 cardio last year helped me.
I actually haven’t been running as much lately but now that the winters over I’ll be running more. I was much more willing to go out in tougher temperatures when I was training to try join the fire department but that’s over with.

Just been doing push ups and sit ups smh. Cant use my pull up bar and rings no more. Been walking a few miles a day. I gotta hit this gym down the street.

Leg Curls 4 x 10 (hold at the bottom and squeeze)
Lying Leg Curls 2 x 15, then 5 half up/half down, then hold for 20 seconds
Hip Abduction/Adduction 2 x 10 just to stretch and give a little focus to the lower ab/groin area
Glute Kickback machine 2-3 x 10
Back extension machine 3 x 10 heavy for hip/lower back
Smith Machine Glute Bridge 3 x 10
Roman Chair 3 x AMRAP (really until I’m bored. I don’t come all the way but try to go further down near the machine to really stretch the hamstrings)
not for the weak. I’m only off a protein shake too and a few bowl hits

make sure to walk to the emergency tomorrow i just got back today and did legs i did squats leg press hip thrusts lunges and raising calfs and i cant even walk
but the week off even though i was sick was good had more energy and actually looked forward to going next time
dealing with a death in my family and i haven’t been able to workout i look and feel terrible

lmfao luckily I walk a lot at work and wear heavy gear so my legs recover fine, it really just be my hamstrings and lower back I gotta stretch and keep an eye on

going crazy with the arrangements and all the relatives got almost 20 people sharing a 2 bedroom apartment and got like 30 people visiting daily to give their condolences im just tired man
