    lmfao luckily I walk a lot at work and wear heavy gear so my legs recover fine, it really just be my hamstrings and lower back I gotta stretch and keep an eye on

    i did my leg workout yesterday not as heavy 1 week off because i was congested and i cant even bend down without my knees and legs hurting it feels like someone has squeezing my leg and knees with there hands so hard

    going crazy with the arrangements and all the relatives got almost 20 people sharing a 2 bedroom apartment and got like 30 people visiting daily to give their condolences im just tired man

    gotta get distracted just doing s***, drink lots of water, naps, whatever it takes to ignore the feeling. try coffee to, it’ll curb that hunger pang for a long while
