About half a lb a week. 2 lbs a week is aggressive but doable. Would be at 8-10 lbs so really not super far off. You could just be holding water sometimes people will get stuck at a plateau for a bit before making a big jump.

i use it twice a week, 4 x as many as possible with increasing weight. really helped my rear delt growth. there is no negative to doing this, only positives for your other lifts and posture. would recommend bro

I’d just use the machine with my hands on the handles where my thumbs are facing each other or just do face pulls, don’t over complicate it

u can try different grips, but what works for me is usually stretching the concentric into almost a dead hang. That s*** burns the s*** out of your lats and makes u wanna kill yourself
