incline walk is so goated ive been adding in intervals lately like 2/3 min on and off low/high speed walk, hurts so good

Just stay consistent and you'll be good. Weigh yourself everyday.
Its hard to believe that 5 years ago I couldn't put up the bar on bench or curl 15 lbs and now I'm benching sets of body weight and curling 35.
On an off progress not the best. But just f***ing insane to think about it because it was so progressive it didn't even feel like I did much
A few more months of this and I will be at my goal comp, been such a long time. Never been in shape or not overweight my entire life.
