June 8th was the phase one after being on lockdown for 100 days. Phase one includes construction and manufacturing and pick up from stores. We’re in for a long ride here in NY.

i miss going to the gym, more motivation there
The last 2 days I worked out for the first time in over a year, I gained 75 pounds. No more excuses now, no more being lazy, I’m trying to be better.

What program are y'all using for cutting? I've been bulking on 5/3/1 BBB before corona but now that I'm coming back to the gym and cutting I'm not sure if 5/3/1 is such a good idea due to very low volume
