    Here in NY they still closed and no word when they will open. I’m pretty sure not anytime soon. Wack af, bout to move to another state just for the gym lol

    June 8th was the phase one after being on lockdown for 100 days. Phase one includes construction and manufacturing and pick up from stores. We’re in for a long ride here in NY.

    What program are y'all using for cutting? I've been bulking on 5/3/1 BBB before corona but now that I'm coming back to the gym and cutting I'm not sure if 5/3/1 is such a good idea due to very low volume
