No longer part of skinny gang. My girl told me i got a fat ass and im slim now i just need to buy a bench to see if I can get past my body weight. Progress from last year has been amazing

Muscle is more dense than fat so it makes sense you wouldn't see much change on the scale if you losing fat and gaining muscle.

That’s already a pretty good amount of volume, I would start doing a low impact form of cardio once a week and work up to maybe 3 days depending on how your body takes it
