    No longer part of skinny gang. My girl told me i got a fat ass and im slim now i just need to buy a bench to see if I can get past my body weight. Progress from last year has been amazing

    Also you might be overtraining

    Yes

    Muscle is more dense than fat so it makes sense you wouldn't see much change on the scale if you losing fat and gaining muscle.

    how many times would you recommend doing cardio if your lifting weights 5x a week and working out two hours each time also the weight is around 50 pounds

    That’s already a pretty good amount of volume, I would start doing a low impact form of cardio once a week and work up to maybe 3 days depending on how your body takes it

    thats why i bought weights incase a second wave hits im ready this time,also as i was mentioniong i bought a chin up bar the ficken thing came in and it was missing pieces and parts so i returned that s*** and got my money back DONT BUY GYM EQUIPMENT FROM CHINA
