i usually put a cushion on my knees and go down as far as i can and then come back to do this on your knees with no cushion is hard af

Will help with ketosis but I can see constipation and lack of fibre being a big issue. That is unless you take supplements to help. Keto Carnivore is big in the low carb community.
Edit: just did a quick search on reddit and they’re even disputing the need for fibre so idk but I struggled with that and I did the keto carnivore thing for 2 weeks
