it works for some people but that's a very small percentage of people who probably have some very rare issues healthwise. I think it started as an elimnation diet for people who have immune systems that react badly to a lot of things that other people can eat with no problem. Got popularised by Jordan Peterson and his daughter and now a lot of people are on it.
Most people will be fine with generic health advice aside from allergic reactions to particular foods (fruit, legumes, oats, meat, nuts). Rogan is on it now and I remember Brock Lesnar being on a meat heavy diet years ago and it messed him up, had some of his colon removed. I'll take her advice over following a trend, best diet doesn't exist it can vary per person because of a ton of factors.

I'd rather read her research than listen to Joe rogan interrupt and ask something wildly uneducated and unrelated every 30 seconds. He also frequently hosts unethical, idealogically inclined "scientists" like Jordan Peterson and the show naturally provides opportunity for misleading information that is nonexistent in proper scientific literature

I don't actually care about your feeling towards Rogan or his hosts, I posted the vid because of what she's talking about and because she isn't a hack/fraud. Rogan barely says anything in the vid anyway.

I've been trying hook grip deadlifts again. The first time I tried them a few weeks, when I did rows too I would hook
Hurts too f***in bad and feels too weird, I'll just keep doing mixed grip. Hella stronger lifters use mixed.
