Nothing better than some outdoor tennis on a nice day. But I do miss the gym too. I feel my strength fading lol
my dad paved me a track in the backyard and i brought in some of my gym equipment and yoga supplies . luckily i haven’t gotten bored of this yet .
i feel like choosing music that i am in the mood to work out to, on that specific day, also helps motivate me to go hard !

cop some resistance bands instead, lets you target more muscle groups for better gains.
Just got one of these things and it’s not bad for what it is but I’m also afraid to do certain lifts/pulls w this thing cause I feel like s*** will snap/break. I might just be paranoid tho cause I’ve seen ppl do shoulder press w this thing tucked under their feet.
will most likely upgrade to those Tube/jump rope looking resistance bands that come w a bunch of diff strength bands once I get used to the one I have now. Tbh I can already use more resistance for certain excercises.

yeah i copped the tube bands with handles and door stop so i can do some exercises easier, money well spent.

The loop ones are generally stronger and if you get a door anchor are much more versatile. You can stretch the absolute f*** out of them too don't worry about them snapping.

Rest ice compress and elevate it (RICE method) until it doesn’t like actively hurt. Then you can do a rotator cuff program like

I got some made by Wenfeng from amazon and they been great for a couple months now.
But no handles. From what I read the ones with handles aren't as strong and versatile as the flat loop bands.
Thoughts on this program? What y’all think?
I might add barbell shrugs to the end of 2 of them. Should i switch the pull ups? Is this the perfect program?

Bro u in the depths of a***ysis paralysis. Just pick a program, one you make or a pre existing one, and do it for 10 weeks. Everything you came up with and everything you been recommend has been solid. Just pick one and run with it.
