It’s not a big deal, at least my protein intake was above and not below.
Just got added to the bulking stack. Final target weight upped to 220 by the new year

Canned beans have like half the total calories they say they do. Idk if they're counting the water weight or what, but if you just do the math for "servings per container" and then actually weigh them they overestimate by like a factor of two.

Funny is that one of my friends argued that the gym is good place to pick up chicks and supported it by saying "They're strong, independent types"

my maintenance calories are around 3k, my friend says for my weight loss / fat loss goals i should be around 2300 and i have been & it’s been working, but i was around more like 1800 everyday and lately i’ve been tryin to get right around the 2300 mark with just food, then burning some extra with cardio and weightlifting. so which one is it
is the “deficit” at 2300 or is the “deficit” me eating 1800 of the 2300 lol i hope this makes sense

i think its kinda difficult to accurately gauge what your maintenance calories actually is. for me, based on the online calculators i've done, my maintenance should be around 2600 or so and to gain weight i should be eating around 3000. but i literally don't gain any weight while eating 3000 - i literally have to eat around 3500-4000 to gain weight lol
in your case i think its a matter of actually knowing what your maintenance calories actually is. if you're sure that your maintenance cals are 3000 then you should be losing weight at 2300. also you might not be giving yourself enough time to actually notice the differences
