    for my bros who glo’d up how do yall deal with compliments? Like I feel good that people notice but then they make everything about your transformation it feels like u can’t talk about normal things lol. caught up with some work colleagues for a mandatory training workshop and it was overwhelming

    I don't get why people are against carbs? I mean for me I need that s*** to fulfill my calorie requirements and gain energy. Otherwise I'll have to spend more money on other s***

    Average person consumes too much relative to their activity levels aka they’re sedentary. But if you work out regularly you should be fine. Find that most of the low carb people want to lose weight strictly with diet and without working out. Surplus carbs gets stored as fat so I think that’s the stigma there with that particular community.

    It takes time man, how long you been doing it for?

    A few months on and off and consistently about 3 weeks or so. I'm not doing any kind of serious exercise atm, though. It's not like the calories are being used, so in theory I should've bulked up fast right?
