    How big are your meals

    I'd say my meals are a 'normal' size, but 'normal' for me might not be as big as other people's. Maybe I'm just not eating the right things?

    A few months on and off and consistently about 3 weeks or so. I'm not doing any kind of serious exercise atm, though. It's not like the calories are being used, so in theory I should've bulked up fast right?

    Well that could be it, I mean for me when bulking I lift weights too and most importantly try to track your calories, been doing that so I make sure to reach my requirements

    Probably not eating enough and make sure you’re lifting heavy, progressively overloading

    Ayo is it best to take whey protein immediately after or ASAP after a workout or like 30-1hr after workout.

    Been taking it immediately after but I just read the instructions on protein container and it says best to take 30min after

    All my friends who workout just told me to take it ASAP back in the days so I just been doing that

    Eh it's just marketing, I read somewhere that as long as you take it within a 24-hour period then you should be fine

    Correct me if I'm wrong

    the window is very contentious

    you should do some reading on it

    did a brief search before and they say the anabolic window might be a thing when you do a fasted workout but if not then it's not really important

    im a fat motherfucka, im currently eating at my maintaince, and eating 140grams off protein everyday, and then working out lifting weights. And the i burn 400 calories by walking everyday, which means i lose 2800 cal a week. But will i still grow muscle this way and lose fat or am i just wasting my time?

    if you have adjustable dumbells and the dials dont work aka ''stuck'' do this i just did it now and it saved me 100s of dollars from buying a new one

    I meant another type of cycle but if you not doing that 20 lbs is crazy impressive even on a cycle

    what's the time frame you put on all this mass?

    Also interested in how long that took. 20lbs is A LOT of pure muscle mass. Natty nooby gains in first year of training is usually around 8-12 lbs of muscle.

    I’ve been lifting for about 5 years now haha. i pretty much just try my top set to be 5-10lbs heavier each workout
