How big are your meals
I'd say my meals are a 'normal' size, but 'normal' for me might not be as big as other people's. Maybe I'm just not eating the right things?
A few months on and off and consistently about 3 weeks or so. I'm not doing any kind of serious exercise atm, though. It's not like the calories are being used, so in theory I should've bulked up fast right?
Well that could be it, I mean for me when bulking I lift weights too and most importantly try to track your calories, been doing that so I make sure to reach my requirements

Probably not eating enough and make sure you’re lifting heavy, progressively overloading

Eh it's just marketing, I read somewhere that as long as you take it within a 24-hour period then you should be fine

you should do some reading on it
did a brief search before and they say the anabolic window might be a thing when you do a fasted workout but if not then it's not really important

im a fat motherfucka, im currently eating at my maintaince, and eating 140grams off protein everyday, and then working out lifting weights. And the i burn 400 calories by walking everyday, which means i lose 2800 cal a week. But will i still grow muscle this way and lose fat or am i just wasting my time?
if you have adjustable dumbells and the dials dont work aka ''stuck'' do this i just did it now and it saved me 100s of dollars from buying a new one

Natty nooby gains in first year of training is usually around 8-12 lbs of muscle.
