    What is the best way to burn fat? Used to be into weights but f*** my apartments gym (appointment only)

    So I've been running a mile 3x a week and intermittent fasting (lean gains 168) and gained a pound in the past week

    The f*** should I do... Lost 25 pounds during quarentine just fasting but Ive hit a wall

    best way to burn fat also happens to be the easiest. caloric deficit.

    it doesn't mean you have to eat less but to eat low calorie foods.

    f*** man I can't wait to get to my pre rona bodyweight again

    so a lil recap for those who might be interested or are in the same position:

    today marks exactly two months resuming from working out after a five month break. as said in other posts before, I lost about 35lbs. had to start out from scratch again but muscle memory in just two months is doing absolutely f***ing wonders holy s***. I'm basically stronger at a much lower weight rn than I ever was at my peak.

    Two months ago I had to resume from:

    Bench - 77lbs to 225 yesterday.
    Squat - 88lbs to 220 today

    Deadlift - I haven't maxed out might do it next week but current repping 220 5x5 and have been adding 5lbs each week.
    OHP - 44lbs to 88lbs

    It worked for me tbh. Only thing is that you’re gonna be super bloated. Makes you feel like s*** so use at your own peril

    I was getting insufferable nerve pain on OHP in my wrist/forearm so I tried moving my grip a finger width out and it completely fixed it

    Yea ohp hand positioning is super important. Proper grip will also help your numbers shoot up crazy.

    i dont do sitting down no more for shoulders i do it standing up now with dumbells much better
