Got a total of 6 hours today, aiming for 8 a day.
Maybe sleep is the missing link to my progress.
If gyms don't close down (they will within two weeks I can bet my life on that), I should hit my 215 squat for 3x5.
Gym day today
Honestly my body feels good, not tired of sore or worn out.
Should be able to complete this shoulder press without taking a break.
Gym is slightly busier than usual.
Gyms reduced occupancy soon. But since I work graveyard shift this is a non issue for me.

I remember when I did 230 for Romanian deadlifts and I nearly destroyed my back
Just finished 225 with no back pain.
In tneed lifting straps, can't hold the bar doing Romanian deadlifts.
These bulging discs are a pain in the ass 🙄
Im healing tho.. Almost completely healed... i hate having any kind of pain after working out tho

Strongman is dangerous, it is what it is
Try depth push ups
Like put something under your hands (e.g. books/bricks) and when you are going down, go down so that your chest is below your hands
If that doesn't make sense lmk and I'll find video
thanks for the idea. did some of these yesterday and can actually feel the soreness today
