I commute from VA to DC, depending on traffic, it’s 45 mins to an hour
I have to be up real early so I prefer to workout at night
I asked cause I also commute in the early morning and to avoid traffic as well as do some wash fasted cardio, I purchased a bike
But that commute doesn’t sound very bike friendly
I did that GOMAD s*** last year, I was so bloated and felt like s***. Honestly it’s my fault I got up to 160 and throughout the year dropped all the way back to 140

Hit the gym so late last night, got home and ate 2 dinners cause I hadn't really been eating like a gym day

Is +400 calories surplus good?
It depends on your current height/weight/amount of activity but sounds about right. Tbh though if you are trying to keep your fat gain low, you will have to self monitor as you progress. And then adjust your surplus from there

just started doing some work outs around the house... im pretty skinny already but already a week in and im getting real vascular... these veins on my arms are popping whew
