try new Zealand protein its the best or i heard vegan whey is good but i never tried it they one i used before was new Zealand protein but since i am at home when i work out i just eat right after i actually find it better then taking protein because you get that bloated kinda feeling also the one i take is about 150$ so its really good digests quick
I take it every day I workout so 5 times a week
pre workout? why not try coffee or bcaa while you are working out
i was doing this with 15 lbs dumbbells i might bring it down to a lower weight for the resistance

Good looks I ended up finding Optimum nutrition for mad cheap so I had to cop. I'll definitely look for this next re up though
i stay away from pre workout id rather use bcaa or drink coffee before
i just tried it. i don't know if it was placebo but i did 12 miles that felt SO easy, then went to the gym for a core/upper body session after and i couldn't even tell i'd just ran, i still felt so fresh. didn't lift more than usual but i needed like no recovery between sets. normally takes about 75 minutes for this workout but i was in and out in just over 40 today
that being said, i'm probably gonna just buy bcaa creatine and beta alanine myself and make my own pre-workout. that way i don't need to give up coffee, plus i just feel safer knowing what i'm consuming(i mean they could just be selling me powdered drywall and call it BCAAs, but ya know)
when i looked at the directions of the C4 and saw "do not take for more than 8 weeks"
also anyone itt take L-carnitine? s*** turns your body into a metabolism furnace
