you tested postitive to? dont workout man if you did take a week off if your feeling bad and it explains it i got it i felt stressed out and had a server headache but did not know at the time i had it while i was working out
I never got tested, but we figure if he has it then me and my mom do too. Felt really lightheaded while I was out at the shop last Thursday, been sleeping a lot more and generally feeling weaker so I probably got it. Not going to do any cardio, but I'm going to lift weights and do push ups/sit ups. I only do about 100 a day anyway, so I think I should be fine

when i was working out i felt really tired after and i felt my head pounding a lot it felt like i was getting upset at every little thing it could of been it was raising my blood pressure someone also said in here if you have it and you workout you can get a heart attack so if i were you id get tested and if you have it dont workout it will get worse if you dont give it time

Is bulk and cutting the only way to reach optimal physique. I’ve just been doing maintenance and slowly adding muscle for two years. The weights from compound lifts finally starting to wear me down never done a bulk before. Its just I’d so much rather stay at current weight than risk adding any fat whatsoever but hitting limits on lifts soon.

Once you start hitting the limits of maintaining but making progress, I would say bulk + cut strategy becomes much more important

You’ll definitely adapt, after a while your metabolism will ramp up you’ll handle the intake better.. only once you’ve been in a surplus for a long time will you lose your appetite

how often you take it? i run every morning + a night run and gym session on mon-thurs, so if it were something where you wouldn’t build a tolerance i’d just do it like 12 times a week, but instead i’m thinking like 5. what are your thoughts on building tolerance? appreciate the reply btw
