    Why the F*** would u be trying to cut

    I’ve seen you

    You need to find what your TDEE maintenance calories are

    You need to eat that exact calorie number daily

    You need to eat 150-200g of protein a day

    And when do you do train keep track of your numbers and get on a lifting program that has progression built in

    Stop tryna cut

    Build your foundation first

    For the next YEAR: build without getting fat

    You do chin ups or just pull ups?

    I’m workin my way up to my first pull up still it’s just hella discouraging cause the overloading isn’t there like the other movements

    Oh yeah when you first start em they a b**** for sure

    I guess whenever you get em down you can switch to chin ups and put a weight belt around you and do em weighted

    It’ll be a while but stick to it

    i took it once i have the acklanie one i stopped taking it because it lowered my blood sugar

    Obv if it lowers your blood sugar don’t use it tho

    I think thats what my problem is and I dont know how many cals I should be eating and I usually have 1200 so maybe thats still less for me

    Remember to keep protein in take high! .8-1g per pound of BW.

    With this you should build muscle and lose fat simultaneously
