Is it normal to start feeling “addicted” to working out? I started riding an exercise bike for 30 minutes a day coupled with some light weightlifting about a month ago, just to burn some calories and take my mind off of things. Usually in the afternoon or evening.
Anyways, this past Friday something got very f***ed up with my plumbing and couldn’t take a shower until yesterday. I didn’t work out during this period because I didn’t want to get too sweaty and dirty. Since then I’ve felt sort of tired during the day, kind of how I felt when quitting nicotine or when I miss a coffee in the morning.
I’m not talking like a serious addiction withdrawals or something, just feeling like it’s something I gotta do.

can relate to this
it becomes a routine for me so my day feels incomplete without it but I usually ride every second day
nothing beats the dope feeling after a good ride >>>

Yup. I just felt so pumped about halfway through my ride today, just euphoric, focused, and energetic. Better than I’ve felt all week. Can’t believe I really went months without working out man.
