When you spent 98% of your life as a fat f*** with 0 athletic ability/background. Now Ive slim down and basically playing catch up, I feel mad insecure when I see dudes my size or even smaller doubling my numbers.
Still learning everyday and trying new things but I’m a impatient person and having a underdeveloped foundation is killing me.
Don’t get me wrong I’m only 3 months in having great results but there’s still a LONG way to go.

You gotta be in touch with your “why”
It might change over the years too but if you know you’re why you’ll always be able to grind. Motivation will be there at times, sometimes it won’t but the why and your discipline will carry you thru every season

Anyone have experience with Planet Fitness gyms that cost $10/month? Moving next month and interested in joining, just want to make sure it's not some kind of deal where it's impossible to cancel.

Nope. Heat better for blood flow
Cold only good to reduce swelling if you play a sport
Otherwise heat and blood flow will let you recover quick
cold can actually slow the inflammation process
But the inflammation process is what cause hypertrophy

nah but I do drink a lot coffee
although everytime I work out I do it for the feel-good vibes I get after I cool off without any anxiety or nervousness before that
