Not a meme at all
Direct neck work has done more for my traps than shrugging ever did no lie
Neck training has such an impact on how you look in a shirt it’s insane. Probably one of the biggest factors to having that powerful, jacked look
I’ve DEF put on some muscle. But I gotta cut to.

Intermittent fasting and a lot of walking (in addition to lifting of course) has always done me well

Formula 1 Drivers show that this isn’t a gimmick. Look at all the drivers their necks are ridiculous despite how small some of them are 💀
You shouldn’t drink all that protein man. One protein shake a day, get the rest of your calories and protein from real food.
I do drink one a day. The instructions say 3 cups of the powder per serving but I've been told they overestimate so i take 2 instead. I havent done the math exactly to how much i need, im just eyeballing atm
How is this for a cardio routine?
15 minutes of step climber/stair master
5 min break
15 mins of rowing machine
5 min break
15 mins of HIIT jogging then sprinting
I want to burn as much of my midsection and any excess fat off as possible.

Finally getting close to benching 3 x 5 my bodyweight.
Been a long time coming, but I'll finally be happy at a minimum with my results. I'm still trying to aim for 1.25 x bodyweight limit for myself
the more you use it the less affect it has on you pre workout from what someone told me
Yeah I only use it for deadlifts or some squat days. You shouldn't be using it for all your lifts lol

Nah he misunderstood, I said two cups full of power in one shake, as in two scoops. The guide says three

Could you suggest some neck workouts? I feel like that's one of my areas that need the most work
I don't lift heavy or workout hard, all I have is adjustable dumbbells that go up to about 13KG each, but I only lift them at 7KG for my exercises because I only incorporated exercises other than bicep curls recently and I'm still weak. I go for light runs at my local track, about 3500-6000 steps (10-20 laps with short breaks after like every second lap). I'm not consistent with my workouts though, I do skip some days for a variety of reasons
Should I even bother taking Creatine? I feel like I don't workout hard enough to justify taking them I have these pills with 750mg Creatine HCl of which 588mg is Creatine. I already drink a whey shake some days which gives me about 30g of protein (I get about 50g a day from my diet and I weigh 66KG). I just don't wanna take this s*** and end up getting fat or harming my kidneys somehow

Lay on the bench on your stomach with only your head handing off and hold a weight behind your head and lift slowly.
