    1 mile run in the morning. Finally my back doesn't hurt.

    My time is 28:18.61 (ab carver pro 3 sets 20/10/10and 10 3 sets of pushups and 1 min of jumprope (1 min jp/ 30s plank/15s side plank/ 25 bicycle kick/ 25) and 1 min jp at end

    Gaining has to do with your daily intake

    If it pushes over ur daily calories then yea you’ll gain

    If it doesn’t put you over ur daily cals goal u won’t gain

    usually my carbs are in the morning half a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and some maple syrup a bit for lunch its like a bowl of rice might eat a piece of bread or 2 with peanut better thats like all my carbs for the day

    think you'll be good

    I prefer 2% fat cottage cheese and honey is so small I dont even count it towards carbs

    Will take a 1 week break from working out....my lifts have been trash and can tell I'm running out of steam in my workouts. Will need to readjust myself with a new routine and schedule perhaps after the break
