    instead of doing four heavy sets been cutting down to 3 heavy sets then on the fourth one doing like 10 pounds lighter its much better dont over stress the body much

    Drop sets are goat been implementing those for years

    Comfortability. Not only am I 5’8 but I have a small frame. I’ve been working out for 12 years now and I’m much more comfortable around 160.

    My energy seems to be lower when I’m bigger too. I don’t know why.
