How long did it take y’all to see results when lifting?
I’ve been going for about a week every day. I don’t expect an overnight change, but I’m getting worried I’m not doing it right
dont go every day take at least 2 days off to rest then repeat next week
Dont forget your rest days breh thats when you make your gains
taking kinda a week off doing cardio more using resit bands no weights

are you getting stronger?
depending on what you wanna do build muscle get lean but what i do is chest, legs, arms with abs and cardio afterwords not heavy amounts but again depending on what yu wanna do, back, then do shoulders but dont do 5 days in a row take a rest day then do shoulders on like the weekend
Do you do low or high reps???
How many sets??
Also like how do I learn the different workouts??? All the different ones for chest, vshoulders etc

check out athlean x on youtube, for those things on chest etc
the other thing is i workout at home so doing more higher reps like 4sets of 18 for example, you can do this is you wanna lean out, if yu wanna get bigger you can do 3 sets of like 6-8 reps if yu wanted to to get more stronger

yeah been training seriously since 2017
when i was training for strength in 2019 i was hitting PRs on the big 3 pretty regularly. from the beginning of 2020 i started transitioning into more bodybuilding style training and trained for strength very passively
i still hit volume PRs but don't necessary hit big number PRs

If this is the first time you’re ever going to the gym (like ever) you’ll see noticeable change within 3-4 months or so. It’s literally called ‘noob gains’ and is very well documented. But like everyone else has said, take some f***ing rest bro. 3-4 times a week is more than enough.
