Like you gotta get your form really good every rep, or there's a chance the weight will fall forward
But I guess in a way that kinda forces you to use the right weight (vs. bad form but ego boosted)

been cycling for a year now on the airbike, just transitioned to running the last month or so.
legs have gotten much more toned. so i wouldn't worry about them being bulky. the definition is actually crazy.
i used to struggle to fit normal pants but now I do just fine. so if anything it should help you. but I don't do legs at the gym so idk if that might affect your situation.
