    Any of yall do front squats?

    I find it quite technical tbh

    Like you gotta get your form really good every rep, or there's a chance the weight will fall forward

    But I guess in a way that kinda forces you to use the right weight (vs. bad form but ego boosted)

    did it with dumbbells since i did not have access to a squat rack so its good

    been cycling for a year now on the airbike, just transitioned to running the last month or so.

    legs have gotten much more toned. so i wouldn't worry about them being bulky. the definition is actually crazy.

    i used to struggle to fit normal pants but now I do just fine. so if anything it should help you. but I don't do legs at the gym so idk if that might affect your situation.

    my endurance is way better i used to die in spin class but it was amazing today. also smashed leg day

    just drink yo calories in a blender
    1/3 cup oats
    some soy milk, 3/4 cup probably
    banana
    2 scoop protein powder
    4 scoops peanut butter
    800 cal and like 70 grams of protein

    you dont get like some thing like it feels stuck in your throat after drinking all that

    liquid egg whites added to regular eggs
    plain greek yogurt with protein powder top with fruit, nuts/seeds etc
