his brother said he only trained natty for a couple months before he hopped on. i still think you can achieve his physique naturally given you have a similar bone structure and insertions but you definitely can't do it within the time he did

I got similar chest and shoulder insertions but never gonna get that v taper or abs I'm in no rush just want that before I hit 30

Zyzz isn’t natty here but this is very natty achievable for many people.
Seid is objectively better than zyzz from a bodybuilding/aesthetic pov ESPECIALLY in this pic. As a matter of fact I’d say even 16 yr old seid ascends this. I think what makes you love Zyzz’ physique so much is the unexaggerated v-taper. Jeff’s vtaper is so insane he looks almost cartoonish, similar to a simeon panda. But honestly, I look at this pic of zyzz and just see a lean dude with decent musculature. At this point in his lifting career nothing was special about his physique except genetic gifts like height, ab and trap inserts. I think as you get more into bodybuilding your perspective might change.

What you need to understand is genetics(insertions, muscle bellies) are king. Muscle building potential, which is also dictated heavily by genes, is also very important obv. Zyzz hopped on juice right away and so that essentiallly sped up his progress. Think of what he did in 1 year juiced as what he could have done in 2.5-3 years natty. He would’ve looked like that pic especially(not too far into his training or that impressive) within a few years natty it just would have taken longer. Now can YOU look like that natty? Depends on your genes. From a muscle building potential, I’d bet the house that if you’re a young man with decent hormonal profile you can easily achieve that level of muscularity naturally within a few years of proper training. The guys 6’2 180s in that pic with 8-10% body fat. That’s not that big at all. Now hes pretty Godamn lean which although PEDs help with, he clearly had an easy time being lean even natural because well look at him at like 12 and he was a rail but still sub 10% body fat. Genetically his body is predisposed to being lean and it’s significantly easier for him to stay shredded than most people. You can get that lean naturally of course but again if u don’t have that natural ‘ectomorph’ propensity you’ll really struggle to get that lean. Last but not least the most important part of whether u can look like him is the things I mentioned earlier (muscle bellies, insertions etc). You can get his size naturally easily , his leanness naturally, but you might still not look as impressive simply because your body just might not be structured that way. Ie you might also be 6’2 180s and 10% bf but since you don’t have his shoulder/clavicle genetics for example your shape might not look anything like that. It might also work the opposite, maybe your structure is significantly better. Only way to find out is to grind my brother .
