    Y’all I’m literally only 500 cals above surplus for 2 weeks and my s***s are too monstrous. Takes me like 30 min idk if bulking is worth if this is cost

    increasing protein take strange side effects, finger nails grow so much faster have to trim every 3 days gets in way of playing my guitar, haircuts last less longer ,shits are heavy

    transitioning from powerlifting (because its so f***ing boring) to oly lifting/weightlifting has been hard but extremely fun. wish i had done it sooner. and yes the entire chinese team in particular shi zhiyong and liao hui for me (and yes king lu)

  • I stopped drinking protein whey after throwing up a shake a few weeks ago, and I feel really better tbh lol. I just have to make up for the shakes in actual food.

    i think you can achieve that size and maybe that level of conditioning natty
