    10 mins upper body and leg warm up
    30 mins of 3 sets full body
    20 mins of restorative yoga

    Holy f*** this leg day was hard as hell. a new trainer kinda messed wit my head a lil bit. Which one is better for a skinny dude to build muscle, lifting weights or calisthenics? Dude said he woulda started me off on calisthenics before i even start lifting weights. I was like damn i dont even need to be here then lol. But what do yall think?

    Eat more healthy fats. Will help. Or if worst comes to worst, get some frozen stuff which won’t be as bad as the takeaway stuff. I always keep some tenders or wings around because of this lol

    With compound lifts or when I’m going heavy 2 minutes. When doing isolated exercises between 1 and 1 and half minutes

    physique right before lockdown in sydney. i'm probably 2-3 kg lighter now than i am in this picture. want to fill out my chest even more once gyms open up and get a bit leaner

    4-5min on main lifts. 2-3 accessory lifts. 1 min on isolation movements

    depends i try maybe 2 mins but if your lifting heavier then take 5 and more to rest

    ye sorry my dude thats what gets most people, tracking your calories soo important otherwise everything you do in the gym for nothing
