I work out regularly with a s***ty diet, but f***ing eating annoys me. Can someone give me some push to finally stick to a good meal plan?

I started working out regularly for the first time in my life (started about 3.5 months ago) so I have lots of work to do. I have too many injuries to go super hard though tore a muscle in my neck 3 years ago and never got proper treatment, developed tendonosis. Tryna strengthen some weak muscles and just generally be more fit.

oat meal greek yogurt fruit egg whites in the morning
chicken or fish for lunch small portion of rice or w.e for lunch repeat step 2 for dinner also add vegetables
