Yea it’s just water weight. Your muscles are more full of glycogen so you surely look better
plus any of you use chalk
I used it rarely when I trained with my powerlifting friends in college but now I just use straps. Chalk is fire tho but not as helpful as straps ofc

I’ve been injured on and off all summer. 2 weeks ago I bruised my ribs in a moped accident (long story) and it’s really interfering with my workouts. S*** sucks.
been out for 2 weeks, on antibiotics right now so I feel good gonna hit the weights again but with a diff program.
either GZCLP or 531 Building the Monolith. the 531 program calls for 100 chin ups on one day like aint no way thats happening
Keep PUSHING!!!!!!
i will! i spent the whole summer break doing just this (lifting). i wanna make it a permanent habit
I’ve been lifting for about 1.5 years on a pretty imprecise plan, made decent progress but I was looking for some input. I dropped my workouts for this week. I’m typically in the gym for like 90 mins a day and take about 90-120 sec between sets for compound lifts and 60 secs for everything else. I don’t really lift legs often because I run a lot and right now I’m recovering from a stress fracture.
