took me about 2 years to lose 121 lbs because the first year i wasnt trying to lose weight (i swear). i was being cheap cooking my own food at home instead of ordering takeout everyday. ppl around me noticed i lost weight so i went and looked at old pics of myself and i looked totally different.
so that actually motivated me to take this serious

First session back and I’ve lost a bit of strength especially in my squat but this program is structured so that I’m not feeling burnt out at the end of the workout and I got a solid chest pump
Crazy how heavy these guys get in the off season

i use amrap bcaa with kreatin man since taking creatin i never feel tired as much
is eating halo top ice cream everyday bad fits my macros so perfectly
Have had a similar peanut butter ice cream the last 6 months and have been fine tbh. 😂
