    Bruh i have no idea even my trainer was like

    3 protein shakes a day with whole milk and 2 scoops each, big ass chipotle burritos with extra everything, and snacking every 2 hours, plus my already malnourished body was probably fiending for more fat on me lol

    Them 3 protein shakes a day had my stomach doing triple raiz flips. Had to cut back to 1-2

    whats the calories like? 4K? i try to get too 2700-3000 a day and thats good for me I gain like 2-3lb a month

    Not even, it was 2500 and i was barely cracking it even with the shakes

    Now im getting in 2,800 a day

    any yall writers here the gym has been insane for honing my craft, halfway through main compound lift totally spaced out in my mind, visuals for plotting out my story so much more potent then could just be all the caffeine from pre work out

    Caffeine def helps you get in that zone but yeah there’s something to be said about endorphins + dopamine boosting creativity/overall mood

    all artists/thinkers/ art dudes should live in the gym frfr. it just helps the creative process so well and i never really hear ppl sayin that

    Hit the weights for the first time in over a year in my Uni gym. Chest and arms are unbelievably sore. Hope I didnt overtrain
