    Trying out a new program, 5/3/1 boring but big, its kicked my ass the first day LMFAO
    5x10 chinups were brutal, couldnt even finish it

    5x10 chinups were brutal, couldnt even finish it

    Boring but big looks like a solid program but def not for me at this point lol. So much volume on the compounds

    i do heavy dead lifts you should never feel it in ur neck unless your lifting from the ground up

    i take melatonin + L theanine + ashwagandha + delta 8. sometimes ill take Benadryl pills out of necessity. i'd rather do it without since i know its more beneficial that way.
