    I mean if u down 2 scoops of whey yoi’re twenty percent there. 3 meals + 2-3 protein bars & that’s about three hunnid with >3k calories

    Yeah bench is fire ofc but ohp just builds the best parts of ur physique

    He’s for sure the fav to win rn. Unless Curry comes in insane or maybe Hadi, I don’t see anyone touching ramy. Especially since chad Nichols is saying ramy is even better than last yr

    Do y’all work out daily? I usually do 5-7 days. I feel guilty when I take 2 days off

    Bruuhh nahh resting is basically just as important as nutrition. The routines and s*** u do in the gym is easy and a lil less important compared to those 2

    I get my 3 days of rest a week, and go absolutely apeshit in the gym for like 50 minutes.

    Standing barbels is best as it’s the most strictly compound, but seated and dumbbells are great as well as more accessory-like movements.

    I noticed tbjs after 2 months of working out daily. Was starting to feel exhausted. Been doing 4 days 3 off lately and feel so mush better

    I haven’t really been moving up in squats. What do y’all suggest? Every other workout I feel I’m improving except that one. Should I go for more reps and not worry about weight?

    PPL routine with a 1 day break

  • Is 6-8 hours of sleep enough for growth. Was getting 10 when in between jobs but struggling to hit that working full time
