5-6 can work with a PPL split tho, most important part is letting the muscles get their rest so that wouldnt work with upper/lower for example or fullbbody obv
And yea nutrition rly makes a big difference, when i started paying attention the gains rly started coming so much faster, finally losing my lovehandles too

I dont do separate leg days anymore tbh. Used to DESPITE doing legs and skipped a lot of days. Now I do legs during my pull and push days and it works way better for me
I miss when elite bodybuilders could vacuum pose
it's hard to stay humble after all these years when people wouldn't mess with you because of how you looked but now that you are deemed on their level they wanna hang out
can't stand these mfers and what makes it worse is that they're family was always smarter but now that I look better they got nothing on me
I just needed to vent before I see these stupid mfers later
apologies for my vanity

yessir stick with the flavorless. And you can choose to overload for the first week but it’s not necessary tho

Haven’t exercised in ages and I wanna start running. What’s a good mile time I should set for myself as a goal for starting out?

10min. slow, sure. but it's better to build the consistency of a habit before you work on intensity.
