Wanted to put some folks on to this. This website gets protein powders, pwo, vitamins, etc. that are close to or already expired and then sells them discounted depending on how close to the expiration date they are. I'm talking like 20-90% off. As someone who doesn't give a F*** about expiration dates I am all over this.

Ramy is working with the same coach from last year who focused on dialing in his conditioning so my doubts are minimal

I was waiting on this bar from baseblocks for like 3 weeks and it came in same day as my first dose (pfizer).
Arm was kinda sore to start but I was really excited to try do some exercises on it and it killed my arm and made it hurt for like 4 days.
Imo just wait at least 1 day, if u feel completely normal then train day 2, if not just rest day 2 as well
