What affects how well you respond to your training?
Hydration is water PLUS electrolytes (salt, magnesium, potassium, etc.)
Salt is the most important, because you lose it more when you sweat than mag and potassium
Get your salt in! (All that anti-salt dogma is for ppl who don't workout / play sports)

Man I’m losing weight faster then expected rn which I have mixed feelings about. I’m going to do a template to calculate daily TDEE because I feel my metabolism has been boosted or something because I did a lot of cardio/circuit stuff during our 4 month lockdown.
Since gyms opened up here again I’ve been losing 0.5kg weekly steadily but think I should reduce it?

dont go while your on antibiotics that makes you tired when you take it, if you start working out it will just make it worse just get better 1st

sounds like some basic c4 would suffice
it's like the entry level pre workout and you'll definitely feel it if you're a new lifter
