I just haven't gone to the gym regularly in 2+ months so its gone and affecting certain lifts. ill have it back in 2 weeks im sure

haven’t raced since high school. stayed in good shape the years since but mostly just because hard running is my healthy outlet for the bullshit of life lol
new years resolution is to get myself in a race though. we’ll see. definitely don’t miss the anxiety that comes on race day

been spitting up mucus and headaches. felt really tired on friday which was my chest day.
