    since i’ve started working out for my health i’m enjoying it more. when i worked out for muscle growth back then (then quit for 4 years) it started getting tedious and feeling like a task.

    Finals got me on home arrest for the next month but best believe we hittin 4/3/2/1 club by the end of the next year
    Already hittin my weight/bodyfat goals which I never thought could be possible, here's hoping to more gains this year

    switching to a upper lower with some YOKE focus on my lower days, been doing full body but the workouts go on too long. Hour and a half... which I know isnt actually a whole lot but id rather be in and out in an hour/ hour 15 max
