bro ive been this way since i started lifting in 2016
i think the most important thing for me to focus on is consistency and zero days. not a single day should go by where I don't do yoga, mess around with dbs, do bodyweight stuff, or cycle. even if its just a little bit i think what is paramount is that I build that habit and that self discipline.

Tbh being consistent in the span of a week is more important. Cuz rest days are crucial
