    I used to be like you tbh, but now I can basically eat a meal at any given time. Idk what it really is besides training volume

    Once you get used to eating a lot your stomach will expand and you’ll be downing huge meals easy

    i think the most important thing for me to focus on is consistency and zero days. not a single day should go by where I don't do yoga, mess around with dbs, do bodyweight stuff, or cycle. even if its just a little bit i think what is paramount is that I build that habit and that self discipline.

    i did 10 pullups this morning so thats something xd

    Tbh being consistent in the span of a week is more important. Cuz rest days are crucial
