Think I got rheumatoid arthritis, my hands hurt too much after a push day. Shoulders too. Doc appointment next week
we really a bunch of geezers in this place now man
Anyone else have trouble getting a complete sleep when they exhaust themselves completely and crash earlier than usual? It's like my body treats it as a nap if I sleep any time before 11pm. Ended up waking up at 1am and now I'm eating like a college kid again
Started going to the gym about a month and a half ago and seeing your body change and people take notice is crazy. So happy right now. I feel so motivated to keep pushing myself.
KTT gods of fitness I come again asking for assistance.
Question is probably a stupid one but here it is:
Do I buy a protein supplement which is a whey protein concentrate with some vitamins and s***?
Or do I buy the above plus creatine malate?
Or do I buy a gainer?
I'm 6'7'' and 187lbs
Didn't work out for the past like 6 + months so basically starting over ... again.
Workout will be mostly calisthenics + some weights but not a lot.
Thank you in advance.

Don't think you need the vitamins in Whey, better off making sure you're eating your fruits and veggies. Probs cheaper to buy concentrate without the vitamins too.
Buy the creatine, malate has less water weight gain than monohydrate but either one is fine. Gonna try malate after i get through my current batch of monohydrate.
Dunno about gainers. Wouldn't worry about your weight too much, just focus on getting enough protein, fibre and vitamins through whole foods, take your protein shake 2-3 times a day as well taking your creatine. Work out consistently as well, you'll build a nice amount of lean muscle. Granted if your aim is to be bodybuilder jacked then yeah you might need a gainer.

Would only use whey if you have trouble eating the required amount of food (I have this issue).
With that being said, DO NOT buy mass gainer, it's basically pure sugar and horrible for you insulin resistance and pancreas.
My "mass gainer" is just a jug of fairlife 2% a day, with two servings of whey.
Fairlife cal 720 protein 73g
Naked whey cal 120 protein 50g
960 calories 123 grams of protein. On top of that it's far healthier.

Diabetes how? Milk is clearly a low glycemic index food.

How does a 120 cal scoop contain 50g of protein? Did you mean 240 for 50g?
