so 2 weeks ago i was doing ohp with the barbell i was doing it pretty heavy about 110 lbs so to lift the bar 1st i did like a cleaning jerk motion with my left wrist then i felt something like a sharp pain its been bothering me ever since but getting better a bit do you guys think it can be a small tear or its just maybe a pulled muscle? i read that wrist injurys take about 3-6 weeks to heal
also i take mega-z magnisum an zinc together is it better to take after dinner or before bed in your guys opinions ? i feel like when i take it after dinner i feel like so chill like a smoked lol an everything is a blur also i take it every day is it good to take mega-z everyday ?

Whatever allows you to easily stay in a deficit. For a lot of guys it’s multiple like 4-7 small meals to keep them satiated, me for example id rather 2 large meals a day, keeps me more full and I get to still eat some junk.
But it doesn’t matter, all cals in vs out
I been dealing with a trapezoid pull/strain since early March and when I turn my neck left & right I feel a pull on the neck muscles because that area is tightened and pulled from the trapezoid muscles themselves
Trust me I wouldn't even wish this on my worst enemy
I don't even exercise that crazy now
i just do back exercises & jump rope and it's still a slow progress, still hurts
I don't even know how the strain itself happened
