I made that mistake but way worse.
Went from a really lean and strong 155lb to 205lbs really really strong but disgustingly fat.
Felt like absolute s*** despite making amazing prs.
Never doing that s*** again.
Recomp is the way once you hit the perfect lean physique
Got my first competition plates. 25kg pair for $150. This lifestyle change has been the absolute best. I just need to get some bigger suits for work. Those 40R don’t fit much anymore.

I've learned IG is the worst app to go on anytime you tryna reach fitness goals. You know that s*** tracks things you talk about and search so it'll just spam you with so much stupid ass and irrelevant workout videos and food plans by those IG fitness influencers. S*** is woat.

Also it's very expensive

Don’t remind me those nights I come home where I haven’t eaten s*** all day and all of a sudden I need to stuff my face with 2k calories and 150g of protein right before bed to hit my surplus
I really went back and calculated how much I used to spend on preworkout per year s*** came out to over $800 glad I stopped
