when I do shoulder involved lifts like lying dumbell incline press, or lying dumbell flies, I feel this weird tension in my right shoulder. the worrier in me thinks I should go very light on shoulder workouts until hopefully things go back to normal but ngl...feel like I've felt that weird feeling there for a while (only again when I lift, or if I try to do that circular arm motion stretch with both arms - you know, the one where you rotate both arms as if you're getting ready to wind sumn up).
thoughts? scared ima need surgery or some s***, I'm only 24
First day trying calisthenics: Couple push-ups, pull-ups, jump rope for cardio and getting back into the boxing gym.
in 2018 i got into weightlifting for the first time in my life and got into my most peak shape, but it caused my brain to blow up and now i’m on a lifting restriction of anything over like 5 pounds lma

yea I sometimes get this. Not sure if its the same feeling that youre feeling tho. But I usually like to warm up my shoulders before I do any pressing movements. Also try to stretch them out after your workouts
to see natural gains from lifting, it takes time. truly does. natural as in no supplements, creatine, and none super regimented diet (not saying a regimented diet is unnatural). but when those gains start appearing, it’s like blood in the water

taking supplements, creatine and eating right doesn't make you unnatural
only people who aren't natural are those who are on steroid cycles
proper s***post
