I personally don't like this but they say elevate your toes during RDLs with a plate or something and its a better contraction

try going through the movement pattern without weights and really slowly till you feel the stretch in your hamstrings.

I find it easier to feel that stretch with knee bent a bit like in the vid but you might also need more depth/to reach lower than the guy in the vid

Do lightweight hamstring curls and really focus on the squeeze (seated is best). Then back extensions but stay low as opposed to coming all the way up, really focusing on stretching your hamstrings at the bottom. Keep it all super light. After that, then do RDLs and you should feel a big difference
Started lifting 20 pound weights (I’m frail as s***)
10 reps of bicep curls
10 reps overhead press
3 sets

Bending ur knees a bit and coming up completely helped
As fast as my upper body grows i need my legs to do that. Granted they're just bigger muscles in general so seeing change immediately wouldn't be as dramatic

front squats atg blew my legs up. GOAT leg exercise imo. That and Hang cleans.
Miss doing them, acid reflux f***ed me over. So I stick with Bulgarian split squats for my major leg exercise.
